SOLENOID VALVES FOR THE RAILWAY TECHNOLOGY

OUR SOLENOID VALVES IN THE RAILWAY TECHNOLOGY

Large temperature and voltage fluctuations and strong vibrations place special demands on the solenoid valves used in railway technology. Our products meet these demands as standard and satisfy the most challenging requirements.

They are used in all imaginable areas of a train, especially in refrigeration, air-conditioning and heating systems, water installations, door closing devices, brake systems, wheel flange lubrication as well as in air control on macrophones and compressors.

MV railway valves are characterized by, for example:

  • Conformity to current railway standards ("vibration and shock", "fire protection", "EMC", etc.)
  • Control and metering of a wide range of media with temperatures from –60 °C to +240 °C
  • –45 °C to +70 °C ambient temperature range
  • Pressures up to 300 bar with overpressure resistance of 40 bar
  • Coils with maximum moisture resistance and temperature stabilization
  • Voltage tolerances of +/– 30 %
  • 100 % in-house functional testing

We particularly rely on decades of experience in the Eastern European railway market and set new accents through constant innovation. Customers all over the world trust this proven quality standard. Our solenoid valves today operate successfully and reliably under a wide range of demanding climatic conditions in the railway industry, for example in Great Britain, France, Northern Europe, Japan, China, India and Canada.
